Fresh from Cosmillogica’s paint box.
I couldn’t find a decent quality image of the sigil anywhere, so I decided to make one myself. This modernised version took about two afternoons to make. I’m pretty sure that’s a lot faster than carving it out of wax!
I can’t recommend exercises like this enough!
The original Photoshop file is about 4k x 4k so large enough to print out wall-size without quality loss if desired …
wow – and I loved the second image too – one of the things I’ve enjoyed about these images you’ve made (the tables and this SdA) is the ‘modern’ feel that they’ve got with the way you’ve shifted the fonts. this is excellent in my book since it’s a part of us trying to get to grips with the system that we – in some sense – bring it into our space and time, instantiate it in this here and now, rather than wrap it in a peculiar kind of olde worlde charm. Excellent stuff – I’m gonna see if I can get some good quality print outs of these images – once I get my hands on some money of course…
